My Personal Learning Network organized in three different levels, can be explained as follows:
What I currently use regularly…
In this first blue bubble I included the main networks and reference that I use to better perform in my job and I rely for my professional development:
Facebook, linkedin and instagram are very common social networks that help me to be aware of what is happening in the field of languages teaching and a great source of materials for mi classes.
The UN, where I work, has also several resources and tools that I regularly use to be informed and for my classes (Radio ONU namely).
Here I also include the blogs that I follow about teaching and the documents that I share with colleagues all around the world in informal way.
What I am currently exploring…
Since I started studying in SW-Stout, I am exposed to new social media that I had the chance to start to explore but I don’t follow on a regular basis such as scoop.it (I have already a profile, etc. but I haven’t started yet to explore in depth).
I included twitter and Google drive as a tool to exchange ideas and materials because I still feeling kind of new in its use, and other United Nations and European Union websites that might be useful for my courses but I haven’t had the time to really study.
The last symbol is Symbaloo a really useful app to establish and centralized a PLE that I just discovered that could be shared.
What I need to learn…
Definitely I need to keep exploring resources and networks related to my job at the United Nations, namely Unite connections which is a social network for UN employees from all around the world that aims to share knowledge and resources. Also other tools introduced in previous modules in UW Stout such, like diigo or linda.com, that can be very useful for me in the future. I recently knew about Pinterest and even if it not very professional, I feel that it could be interesting to access different materials and share ideas.

Reflection
M3 PLE Self-inventory Revised
I created my first PLN space almost three years ago (I used Zymbaloo, a very useful tool also compatible with smartphones and tablets) and when I did this activity I had the chance to compare both inventories. They are very different; my PLN has changed a lot. Just like any aspect related to cognition and learning, PLN is in permanent evolution. Having not checked my PLN created in Zymbaloo in more than a year, it was a great surprise to re-discover tools that I rarely use and I finish by forget.
